Lucy was a very welcoming and helpful host. The bed was super comfortable and the room was lively. The kitchen was also well equipped. Great to be able to have a good coffee first thing in the morning. The property is well located on 2 bus lines that take you where you want to go.

Lovely house in a great location. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, bedrooms clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. And easy uber or bus ride from everywhere. Really great stay

Altogether it was not too bad.
I’d like to raise a complaint regarding the cleaning fees. I stayed there for two nights (without a linen change or room cleaning), but I was charged TWICE for cleaning—the amount was really high. I asked Lucy for a refund, but she referred me to the “manager.” So I wrote to her TWICE asking for a refund, but I didn’t receive a response. I have no choice but to report this unfair practice.
