When we collected the keys the woman that handed them over was very friendly and made sure to check that I was the woman who had booked the stay by checking my name and bank card. She also responsibly asked me to cover my bank number details when she took a picture as a record of the validity of the stay. She had been speaking to my companion over the phone, which might have explained the delay in giving us the keys. The apartment was really comfortable, well equipped and clean. They were also understanding about a misunderstanding about a late departure time.

The confusion and difficulty in picking up the keys. If our phones had run dead we would have been stuck outside with no way in and no way of speaking to anybody. There was only one set of towels.

The apartment was really nice had everything and too a high standard

Honestly there was nothing to dislike

L'emplacement : à 7 mins à pied de l'arrêt métro surrey et proche du centre de Londres L' appartement très bien pour 4 personnes, propre et agréable Parking gratuit dans l'immeuble

Rideau non occultant dans le salon

Very nice apartment. Clean for the most part, working TVs, comfy bed, nice and clean bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive when we needed assistance!

WiFi didn’t work during our stay unfortunately but owners tried their best to accommodate us. Two full rubbish bags were left in the kitchen which cause a smell to fill the house on arrival. Quite noisy location as it’s right above a railway.
