Location was good the site for time of year was quiet easy walks with the dog to the beach.
I haven’t got anything I can think of that I did not like.

Good value property on very convenient site in Pagham.
Position to main thoroughfare so noisy. Very tired in places, and marked bedding. Plus some bedding missing, although this did get sorted after contacting owner who was very apologetic.
