The main bedroom was stunning and the apartment had all modern facilities, lovely shower and all the gadgets, little treats on arrival and owners very helpful to deal with. The apartment is kitted out very stylishly with no expense spared on decor. The position of this apartment is perfectly situated between the seafront and town centre. We were able to park on the road outside for free but was limited spaces.

We didn’t like the fact the second bedroom was via the main bedroom, was on a noisy road at times and as it’s in the basement you could hear everyone moving around above and coming in and out of the building. The second single bedroom was directly underneath the main entrance to the whole building which was extremely noisy. The single bedroom also only has frosted window and faces straight onto a windowed outside door with a security light which came on when anyone walked by, this lit up the room several times throughout the night. The pillows and duvets are all feather which for some is a luxury but we found them unsupportive. The single bed was very uncomfortable. One of our party slept on the pull out sofa bed and the room doesn’t have full blinds so privacy is limited and backs onto a garden area. Church bells ring every half hour too here so very noisy if sleeping on the sofa bed.

Clean, nicely appointed flat in a good location. The layout: with a large double bedroom, plus a couch, and a windowless second small bedroom only accessible through that main bedroom , could be awkward. Sleeping six would involve three in main bedroom, one on couch, one in windowless room and 2 in sitting room, so would only work for a family or a short time.

Location good. Not far from station& bars/cafes. Bathroom, kitchen&lounge good. Easy access via entry code which was given before the stay.

Travel cot provided was very poor. No mattress just thin plywood covered in thin material. Second bedroom like a prison cell. No bedside table. Used a chair! Old wooden floors in bedrooms were filthy judging by the bases of our white socks! Old dusty mattress & other items on floor under main bed. No instructions for appliances. No info in case of fire. Outdoor space poor. Filthy garden furniture. Dead plants& broken pot.
