The apartment was clean. The bed and bathroom were fine, towels and linens as well. Didn't use the kitchen much, but the fridge and the kettle worked. There was a hairdryer.
The building seemed quiet, we had no disturbances.
Good logistics: train and underground stations nearby, also tram. City center is about a 40 minute walk away. Great park just a few minutes away.
Furniture is clearly old, as well as everything in the kitchen - feels like only the old and unwanted stuff was left there. The windows of both bedrooms face the street with the tram, so light sleepers won't be able to leave the window open for the night.
A few small supermarkets in the area, but the district itself is mostly arabic, so no local places to eat around the apartment.
