It was a great location, the check in instructions were clear and helpful. The bed was very comfortable
I was travelling for business, I needed an iron, which wasn’t available and I expected a safety deposit box (also not available). There was a desk but it was squashed into the corner so you had to sit on an angle.
Tea and coffee making facilities were available but only horrible paper throw away cups!

A localização é excepcional! A nossa anfitriã Rebecca foi muito gentil! A comunicação é por mensagem e funcionou mt bem! Com toda certeza me hospedaria novamente!
O chuveiro poderia ser mais quente!

The location is perfect for Milan sightseeing. Access to the Duomo and surrounding area is immediate. Breakfast was very good at a nearby cafe. Communication with host was excellent.
The room and the bathroom are small. It was tight with two people/two suitcases. It would help if the bathroom had some shelving near the sink and in the shower to place shampoo, Dopp kit, etc. Finally, the a/c did not seem to work properly.

Good communication and quick response times via WhatsApp, with very clear self check-in instructions and a helpful step-by-step video. The room was clean and comfortable. It is small, but no big deal, as it has a good layout and is well suited for short stays. The location is excellent, just steps from the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with two metro stations just a few meters away.
Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy as it is directly above a restaurant that closes late, and we slept very poorly. We also noticed that the window does not close or seal properly, which makes the noise even worse. The hot water also ran out after one person showered, so I had to shower with cold water.
