Customer service was excellent and food was delicious.
Sometimes items requested from reception took hours to be brought to the room.

The property has a good location, very nice staff and many facilities all in one place. What I liked the most was the gift shop. It was so convenient!

Locations and familiarity, having stayed at the facility in the past
I believe that at this price point, there should be ropes in the room and pay more attention to their upkeep of the property.

The hotel is really nice. 2 swimming pools, and lots of evening entertainment including karaoke, jazz night and happy hour.
The service was extremely slow, although staff were very polite and friendly, customer service needs a lot of work. I waited three hours for a meal and an hour and a half for an iron.
