Not one thing This apartment is a 10+

Unbelievable waterfront apartment! New furnishings and fixtures. Giovanni and his family have created a welcoming space in the perfect Lake Como town. They go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasure. Walk to the train, the ferry, the old town and restaurants or eat in and enjoy the magnificent lake views from two balcony areas.

This stay was fantastic!! Everything was super clean and had basically everything you could need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the location was perfect, super close to the train station and the ferry was literally right in front! Giovanni was AMAZING!! 10/10 🌟 He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which was SO helpful because we had luggage and definitely did not want to struggle with it up and down the hill lol. He was also super nice and friendly! We tried one of the restaurants he recommended (the one right in front of the ferry) and they had the best tiramisu!! 😋 Also bonus points for having ice trays in the freezer 😂 As Americans, we were VERY grateful for this LOL 🧊 Would definitely stay here again!! 😁

Marble House is an absolute Gem. Giovanni, the host, is wonderful. He was waiting at the train station to assist with bags, despite the unit being only 300m from the station. The location is perfect, so too the prepared recommendations of where to eat and what to do. The unit is directly above the Ferry Terminal (50m) and excellent restaurants, with wonderful views of Lake Como. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Needed some tissues and the sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on.
