A very nice and comfortable little beach apartment, ideal for a couple, with all the essentials for a beach sojourn: an equipped kitchen, washing machine, wireless connecting devices (TVs), AC (very important these days), and a small bathroom that may be rudimentary for some, but suitable for a beach holiday. The residence is next to a hotel within a building that hosts also apartments of the hotel but has its own convenient swimming pool and parking spots available within the residence as opposed to external street parking. It is ideally located just across the road from the beach, with restaurants and shops for everyday grocery, a few minutes walking distance, as well as a supermarket about 5 mins drive in Orikum. The latter is situated in a good spot on the Albanian Riviera, with Vlorë, 15-20 minutes’ drive north and Dhërmi, 30 minutes to the south across the Llogara Pass / Tunnel, with plenty of sightseeing and beaches to explore in the area: Drymades beach, Karaburun Pennisula, Sazan island…etc. Last but not least, a very helpful, friendly and gracious host, who, with her close circle have come to optimise the warmth and hospitality encountered during this trip.

We had to leave...eventually!
