The location is really great! The staff was so good with communication she responded within 5 minutes whenever I had a question! Theres a washing machine on the balcony and a dryer in the basement! The apartment is really modern and the bed was so comfortable!

There were some small ants in the kitchen. Sometimes the room was quite noisy right next to the busy road. With some better sound insulation this could be fixed!

Hele fijne communicatie met onze host Mai Hoa. Ze was super vriendelijk en mega behulpzaam. Onze koffers waren niet aangekomen en zij heeft ze aangenomen toen wij er niet waren. Verder konden we ook eerder inchecken en was ze 24/7 bereikbaar. Ook is het heel schoon en een fijn bed. Mooie badkamer en fijn balkon.

Tại cái tivi tệ nên k chấm 10 điểm được. Tivi bị đen ở phần trên. Hay lag. Kiểu tivi cũ bị hỏng á. Nên không muốn xem luôn:(( tiện đi sân bay thật nhưng nếu đi bộ thì xung quanh khong tiện ăn uống và mua đồ. Có cái Winmart bé ở gần thoi

I loved staying at this brand-new apartment for a quick weekend trip. This was my 6th visit to Vietnam, but my first time here, and it has officially become my standard for a great stay in Hanoi. The apartment is very spacious, features a great balcony with beautiful natural lighting, a mini sofa, a cute dining table, and a brand-new AC that handles the June heat perfectly. It has a well-equipped mini kitchen with a fridge, and the large bathroom was exceptionally clean, complete with toiletries and a strong hairdryer that I really appreciated as a female traveler. The building is brand new with an excellent elevator. Located on a major avenue (Au Co), the building is also secure, well-lighted, and easy to find, making it feel very safe for a solo female traveler. My room was tucked away to the side, so it was incredibly quiet. It is just a 5 to 10-minute, very affordable Grab ride from the Old Quarter. Self-check-in was seamless, and the Manager of the Little Hanoi place was incredibly clear and responsive. She answered all my questions and she's very accommodating. The local amenities are perfect. There is a WinMart 2 minutes away, and right next to it is an amazing Pho Ga place called Coffee Mai. The lady running it is incredibly kind and accommodating, though note they mainly open for breakfast and dinner. There is also a highly-rated beef pho spot called Pho Dat a short walk away with a lovely owner, plus great lake views nearby for walks. My only minor request for next time is a softer pillow option since I was nursing a stiff neck since the week before, but otherwise, this place is highly recommended!

Nothing, I like everything in this place. I would in fact wanna stay here again next time I visit Hanoi again.
