The boy is very kind and helpful. Room well cleaned, the bathroom was cleaned every day during my stay , All right, clean.

The location is not bad, the only problem outside is quite noisy. So I recommend keeping the windows closed at night.

Noise due to road outside - unavoidable for the location, but an issue if you are a light sleeper. Bed could be better. Lots of steps to room on top floor also not suitable for those who struggle with stairs.

It was clearly freshly renovated in the upper floors and my room was small but so cozy. My room was the upper most floor, single bed. Everything was very clean and bright but homely. The room really felt like a comfortable nook, the linens were also super nice and everything smelled so fresh. The bed was a spring mattress and even though I felt that a little, I actually slept really well. The streets (especially sirens) are loud if the windows are open but if you close them it is pretty well insulated. Idk how comfortable that would be in summer, but it autumn it was ok that way. The shared bathroom had a bathtub with shower and a sink and toilet, and I never ran into someone else when I wanted to use it, so no problem there. The upper floor also has another toilet and sink.

The entrance area and staircase until you reach the apart-hotel are pretty old and narrow with uneven steps. If you bring a big suitcase, be prepared to carry that three floors up on creaky narrow stairs. I don’t recommend more than a hand luggage trolley… It was also a bit of a hassle retrieving the key and finding the right room in that maze of a staircase upon first arrival. Too bad the floors below are so old because the floors of the hotel are renovated nicely.

Very hard to access with heavy luggage or reduced mobility (and potentially also as a tall or heavy person) due to a long, low and difficult staircase, which should be flagged. Noisy at night, not heatproof due to the building’s age and no blackout curtains. Sparse amenities and rather uncomfortable bed.
