The location is excellent, it feels very safe and there’s free parking under the building. The apartment is very well equipped and very stylishly decorated but not to the detriment of its comfort. The main thing I liked were the proportions, I’ve stayed in small places where the sinks are too small to wash your face in and you bang your elbows in the shower but this apartment is really well designed and we didn’t feel at all cramped
There’s nothing I didn’t like, I would just say that if you’re staying more than 1 night it’s really only big enough for 2 people

Apartment was immaculate and suitable for 2 guests. King size bed was comfortable and plenty of storage for clothing for a few days. Quiet location. Free underground parking.
Location was further from centre than we would have liked. No microwave in kitchen. Pillows were very hard and on checking the other pillows, there was no variation.
There was no Tourist Info in apartment; unusual for a holiday let. On our first day we asked a member of the public for directions and managed to obtain a tourist map in the centre.

Clean, modern and well equipped apartment. A short walk to the centre of Harrogate.

Communication prior to arrival was good. The apartment is lovely and clean and in an excellent location. Parking is included.
We weren't provided with details of the lock box location which took a while to locate. The lock on the apartment door is awkward to open from the outside. We only had towels for three people despite there being four of us. The apartment is also quite small and there was not enough room for four of us to comfortably spend time together on the living area. Luckily we had plans for the majority of the time so didn't spend much time there. Check out is 10am which is early. We weren't provided with a telephone number for the host and were told the best way to contact was through messaging the booking platform however when we did this because we needed them, there was a delay in getting a response. However they responded promptly at any other time we have made contact.
