Nois Bungalow Mekong view

Comfy beds with fan, beautiful shared balcony directly at the river with hammocks and tables, and fast wifi. The bathroom is simple but sufficient and towels are provided. The main area of Don Det is in walking distance and everything else can be reached by bicycle, which can be rented here as well. Tours are offered as well. Mr Nois restaurant is directly across the street and offers amazing food. I highly recommend the french toast and the pumpkin burger. There is also a small store next to the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back!

It was a shanty bunglaow with visitors from rats in the middle of the night even though I tied my food bag on a rope - the little bugger came in and ran on a panel and I woke to him rummaging in the bag. He scared off easily and didn't return. The water comes from the Mekong which is extremely dirty especially in the wet season, so I didn't even bother with a shower. I endured it because there is not much more or different in that price range. I slept comfortably.
