Communication with the host via WhatsApp was easy; they responded quickly and always resolved my requests or answered my questions. There was a beautiful view of the lake, the fort, and the arena ruins. A small market nearby is convenient for quick shopping trips. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing simple meals or breakfast. Restaurants, the town center, and the lake are just a 5–10 minute walk away (uphill).
One thing to note is accessibility: while most rooms have just a few steps, our room required navigating a narrow spiral staircase. This wasn't an issue for us, but it would be inaccessible for someone with limited mobility. Since this wasn't a priority for me, I hadn't paid attention to it, but I think guests with such needs should be informed right after booking so they are aware.

The views and location were simply the best! Everything was within walking distance, and we didn’t need to move our car once. Parking was convenient, with easy unloading and loading right in front of the apartment.
The apartment was basic but reasonably clean, with clean towels and bed linen, body wash and Turkish coffee provided. No bottled water was provided.
Overall, a great location for exploring Ohrid, with beautiful views.
The only things we found disappointing were that the sandwich toaster was dirty and needed cleaning before use, and no bottled drinking water was provided. Having at least some bottled water would have been appreciated.
