We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable, stylish and very clean. There's a Nespresso coffee machine and fresh sponge for dishes. Free parking on the side. Self check-in and check-out were easy. Nice shampoo / shower gel.
Not a good drainage of the water in the shower, hopefully can be easily fixed. No warm duvet, only plaid.

A pleasant place to stay, located in a quiet and peaceful area about a 15–20 minute walk from the Old Town. It is situated right next to Marjan Park. There are grocery stores and a bakery nearby. The room is clean, of good standard and equipped with a small kitchenette area containing the utensils needed for a simple meal. Good instructions from the host regarding check-in and check-out. Soundproofing isn't perfect, but it’s nothing that causes any real disturbance. Definitely a good choice

De studio is smaakvol en modern ingericht, op 15 minuten stappen van het historisch centrum van Split. Mooie keuken, heel goed bed, prima badkamer, kortom alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagd verblijf

Excellent location. Kitchen utilities were there like pots, spices, basically everything what we needed. Liked the paintings, ambience. Easy parking. Had issues while checking in with the lock but staff replied promptly to solve the issue. Easy to follow the instructions.
Biggest disappointment was water logging in bathroom, that really ruined my mood.
