Large clean property in a great location. No noise from the street and local shop a few doors down open until 2am and a great cafe also. Owner was extremely helpful even sent suggestions for restaurants

A clean and cozy apartment in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The windows are well soundproofed. One bedroom overlooks the courtyard, while the other faces the street. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is high quality, and the towels are soft. The water pressure is good, and there is always hot water. There are lovely cafés nearby serving breakfast, fresh pastries, and delicious coffee, as well as plenty of restaurants. There is an ATM just a few meters from the building. The city center and main sights are within walking distance. Riccardo is kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay. And, of course, Rome is beautiful!
