Noir Hotel

The hotel is brand new and look even better than the photos. Location is great, in the middle of the residential area, surrounded with everything we need, restaurants, cafe, salon, laundry etc. All of the staffs were very kind, super friendly and trying above and beyond to help us with our visit around the city. She helps recommended places, kindly arrange and negotiated for the taxi rates and extend our check out time so we have a place to stay while waiting for our airport transfer. The city is beautiful and safe, people are very friendly and kind, we will be back again soon and will definitely stay at Noir Hotel💕

We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! It is right in the city centre, extremely clean, modern, bright, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and both the bed linen and towels were excellent quality. There is also convenient parking available right in front of the hotel. But what impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality. The hotel staff responded to our messages immediately, even though it was late at night, and they kindly allowed us to check in much earlier than the usual check-in time, completely free of charge. We truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, modern place with wonderful hosts, we highly recommend staying here!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

Wunderschöne Suiten

Dhoma është e mobiluar në mënyrë moderne, ishte shumë e pastër dhe pronari shumë mikpritës. Lokacioni është gjithashtu shumë i mirë, në qendër të Gjakovës. Parkimi para hotelit ishte gjithashtu shumë i mirë. Do të kthehemi përsëri. Ich empfehle euch das Hotel wenn ihr ein einfacheres aber schönes Hotel wollt.
