Great place staff are so nice and friendly and helpful

The staff were particularly helpful. First, by letting us check in before the official check-in time. Second, by helping us carry our heavy suitcases up a very long flight of stairs. Third, by providing directions to one or two local places where we wanted to go. Friendly conversation in general. Very convenient location: right beside Hammersmith tube station.
There were a lot of stairs to climb. Four bunk beds in a small room was a little bit tight. I hope they find a stronger stick to prop the window open.

They have a good Customer Service. When it gets too hot, the fan is only one side of the room, leaving other Customers with no fan and getting very uncomfortable with the heat. But I liked the rooms because they are warm enough to keep Customers cozy.
The toilet has to be drained properly; it doesn’t flush soft toilet papers. Customers sleep on others bed and they get on with it. The bedroom door is damaged, with a huge hole on it.
