Limpieza y funcionalidad

The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated with modern touches. It felt fresh and well maintained, with great air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was excellent — safe, convenient and close to pretty much everything I needed. The staff were also extremely helpful. When I arrived much earlier than expected, they helped me store my luggage nearby and accelerated access to my apartment, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was their kindness when I unfortunately had a death in the family and needed to leave three days early. I was well past the deadline for any refund, but they were understanding of my circumstances and arranged an accommodation for me. They certainly didn’t have to do that, and I will not forget their kindness. I would happily stay here again.

The minor only issue was the arrival process. I arrived much earlier than expected and didn’t realize that the access code only works from a specific time. Since there is no reception at the property, it took me a little while to figure out what to do and get in touch with someone. Once I reached them, however, they were very helpful and resolved everything quickly.
