This property should be off B.com, it would make people loose credibility and trust in your services!!!

Absolutely nothing! The photo is very misleading, obviously touched with AI. The flat is in a building with dirty hall way through to the flat! The kettle was filthy and covered with limescale which seems to have accumulated for a long time!! The toaster rusted and dirty, the kitchen area and work top dusty, obviously not cleaned for a new guest. The bed listed as clean with white linen isn’t true as well…the bathroom door frame is stripped to bare wood one if the hinges almost fallen off, rug heavily soiled. When I sent these images to him he said all other things are working, why should I be concerned with the door frame and rug!!!

The host is very dishonest and very rude as well! When I complained that the apartment’s picture as seen on Booking.com is not the same in reality. His reply was what is wrong with it? When I sent him pictures I took in real time as opposed to the nice picture shown on Booking.com, his reply was, “how does that affect your stay?” The worst was after all said, he apologised in a voice message on WhatsApp promising to return half of the money because it is impossible to make a full refund as B.com will deduct their charges. So I agreed. On the date he promised to pay, he didn’t, so I politely reminded him the day after in a text message. His reply was shocking 🥺He said that all his reviews are exceptional and he doesn’t want my experience to spoil his reviews. Therefore, he proposed to give me £50 and if I would rate his services not less than 7, then he would give me £100 more!!! 🥺 I now realised how this kind of property could still be on Booking.com…!!! I have a video of the flat but unfortunately no where to upload videos here…
