The property was the perfect size for the both of us and it was in close proximity to everything.
We had two big suitcases that had to be carried up two flights of stairs and it was quite the struggle for us.

It was a nice place pretty clean.
Good size bedroom.
Great aircon.
The price was good for what you get.
There wasn't an extra planket for the bed.
Verandah door was a loose fit and needed repair.
Parking on the street could be a problem if you went out at night.

Two flights of stairs. Narrow treads. Hard for a bloke with big feet or if you are not particularly mobile.

There are Netflix to watch when staying there. There is heater, cooking appliances, utensil's and big fridge. Clean towels.
A microwave would be nice, I like to heat up my food and no cooking during my holiday. The kitchen tap needs to be fixed. There was only one half roll of toilet paper for 7 night stay. I could not buy 2 rolls of toilet paper from supermarket. Attached are photos of the kitchen tap and the peeling of kitchen bench laminating sheet.
