The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

It would be great if the common areas could be kept clean and tidy.

I stayed here with my two kids ages 9 and 13

The private bathroom had no hot water, so i had to use shared bathroom. Other than that It was a super comfy room, beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. They have a few games in the common area, free breakfast, a washer and dryer, a fridge to store food. The other guests were friendly too, and respectful. It's a short walk to kingscross train ststion, there is a a cafe across road and a great pizza place too. My kids and I would love to stay here again. The staff were accommodating and gave us extra pillows and left a sweet note for my youngest child's b'day.

Good location. Beds were comfy enough.

It wasn’t very clean, mouldy bathroom. Luckily the hostel was quiet because there was no soundproofing at all, contrary to description. We could hear everything in the common area and people walking in room above us. No towels. Our yoghurt in fridge disappeared overnight. The breakfast was disappointing, was only stale bread with margarine and jam. No towels provided.
