It is a shame as we did like the property and the location was for us good. Long walks every day and the house was spacious. Close to where we visited friends. We would have booked again next trip we have planned, but there are many other places and hopefully with honest management.

Unfortunately our stay was completely destroyed by false accusations. We sent the company that manages this property, Cocoonr, an email stating some abnormalities in the house, to our big surprise we got accused of breaking a shelf next to the bed and a drawer in the fridge. 200 euros!!! We have contacted Booking and hoping this will be resolved, big doubt! If you book this place be sure to get met by an agent, take pictures and document everything! Also any other properties managed by Cocoonr. What a way to make extra charges! The cleaning staff should have seen this before or it is lack of training and then just blame it on the next one. The beds in this house are very small 130/140, we had to use 2 bedrooms as not possible to sleep 2 persons. The dryer was so full of sand and dirty and have seen better days. We had to clean out the cupboard in the kitchen that we used for storing food. The garage where washing machine etc was, could do with a big clean out. The backyard lacked of privacy, the fence only went half way, so no privacy to the neighbour. Overall, the surface was clean, but…. Friends living in Erquy was planning on booking for their families too, but they have been scared off too.
