Location is fantastic, staff are helpful. Apartment is light well equipped and spacious. Balcony offers good views over the city
The only issue was the lack of wardrobes or shelving to store clothes. This was an anomaly because the apartment was really well equipped in all other areas.

i liked the lay out of the whole property
the cleaners didn't clean everything and give us valuables

Great location for Leeds centre, great accessibility access to flat as we had a disabled guest who uses a mobility scooter. Easy check in process and hosts were easy to contact and helpful when we did
One bed was a bit soft, potentially slightly broken but this was a minor issue

The apartment was ideal for our group of 8 staying for two nights in Leeds. Communication from the host was excellent and they responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. We were initially confused by the two lockboxes when collecting the key, but the host answered our call straight away and helped us without any issues.
The apartment could be better equipped for larger groups. There were no forks provided and only three mugs available. The hot water ran out quite quickly, and there wasn’t much cleaning equipment. There were also not enough large towels for all guests.
There were also some dirty glasses found in cupboards
