Location is exceptional.
Not the smartest place, could do with a repaint.

The view and location were amazing. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was also great for small kids as only 1.2M the whole length of the lap pool.
Lacked comfort if 3 people wanted to lounge around to watch TV. Only a couch for 1 and other had to sit on bar stools. Lacked cuttlery, drinking glasses (had to use mugs) and no toaster. I also was expecting basics like hand soap or body wash but there was none. The owner also forgot to tell us we had to do an induction to the building between 10am and 4pm so at 4:15 on the first night when we went to go use the pool we couldn't access it and reception refused to give us access until an induction was completed the next day.
