Great updated home with a wonderful couple that ran it.
Would be best to meet at the location and not in a third party location, which can be uncomfortable for travelers. It would be best to simply arrive at the site and meet the owners there. Meeting off site is disconcerting.
Though the beds are very comfortable they are extremely low to the ground so anybody over 50 may struggle getting in and out of them.

Tutto perfetto!

This is an excellent house, brand new and modern, with all the equipment necessary. There are three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one with a wet room and the other with a shower room and both with WC's and bidets. There is a large roof terrace in the top, with great views over the sea. Only five minutes or so to walk to the nearest beach and two restaurants.
I was lucky to find it available. The host guide will you on all local matters if required, or leave you to your own devises.
The hot water is gas fired and with children, I would for safety turn the temperature down a bit.
