The location was great. Nick and Rachel were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was AMAZING!

The owners were out when I arrived, however left a note welcoming me. There was also a nice little welcome gift of shower gel, slippers etc that was a lovely surprise.
Owners were very nice and welcoming when I met them on day 2/3 and the house is located in an ideal pace within Sidmouth.
Parking wasn't ideal however I managed to find a space within 100yrds of the property and this didn't cause me an issue other than when turning up to a full drive after a long drive.

the breakfast offering was exceptional. a multitude of choices and a vast array of fruits.
We found parking a short walk from the property I guess this could be a problem if it was fully booked
