The property was nice and on a quiet street. The pool and spa were great. The appliances were all good quality. Decoration was nicely done. The location was very convenient to the venue for the tournament my husband was competing in.
In my opinion, the damage bond was an excessive amount ($1500). There were too many messages and requests for information/ID/photographs before and during our stay eg. we had to send a photo to prove we had put the bins out. It felt like the managers have been burned in the past and are now paranoid. This impacted us and made our stay unnecessarily stressful.
If you have a large family like ours only having one toilet can be a challenge!

The spa was cool. The house was nice and warm. The backyard was really nice. The stainless steel utensils in the kitchen were great.
Master bedroom window needs covering over as the room is very light at night time.
