English: The lock was very difficult to open and close, and I believe it was broken, as it took us at least 15 minutes every time we came and went. There was also a communication issue with the staff. I paid for an extra night and sent the proof of payment the day before, which they acknowledged receiving. However, the next day, an annoyed man shouted through the window telling me that I had to leave because my time was up. It would also be helpful if they provided toilet paper and some shampoo.
