The location of these apartments is pretty good as it is located close to a lot of places to go out and offers street parking which is free on weekends. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean although some basic amenities (water bottles, coffee) were expected by us. The key collection is located in another apartment with a code that is provided through WhatsApp. For support, WhatsApp agent redirects you to a live person if needed and the communication was very good.
Our shower sink was not draining properly at the time of our arrival (late evening) so we had to report it in the morning. The support agent promised that the technician would come soon (in the morning) but the problem was not resolved when we came back to the room in the afternoon to take showers. In fact it looked like nobody even came to check the shower. We had to call support again and the technician finally arrived to solve the problem.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and fine for a short stay.
I didn't know what our apartment number was but when I sent a whatsapp message I got it right away, also it wasn't 100% clear where to collect the key but some one staying there showed us. Also there were some very noisy people staying there which we didn't appreciate, making noise late at night when we were trying to sleep. It wasn't all the time but still it was annoying.
