Hosts were wonderful. They messaged me back quickly to answer my questions. Pet friendly was super nice. Love the views. Does need a bit of updating, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Property is beautiful, clean sbd comfortable. The sunset from the back is stunning. Short walk to beach. Short drive to anything you need.

A Beautiful true North Topsail home with a stunning dock and great Landlords. Excellent communication. As a local I come for staycation so I definitely recommend travelers and even locals to enjoy the calm serene true coastal roots of our beautiful island. I'll definitely be going back!

Bargain priced but expect a little less polish. Managers were responsive, but there were things that we didn’t mention to them that were broken when we got there and should have been noticed and repaired before our arrival. Having said that: we did enjoy the space and the location which was a pleasant 10 minutes from our other family’s rental, & near a Food Lion, BP gas station, Auto Zone, and Roses Express. Beds were clean & comfy, small ice maker worked, view out back was lovely and access to kayaking perfect. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Curiously, bathmats were thoroughly wet but clean— must have been put down before drying…? Neighbors were pleasant but normal neighbor sounds are heard. TVs never responded so I don’t know if they actually work. Keurig was nice— but regular coffee pods only were provided. Still and all, we would stay again presuming the price stays reasonable and the little broken things are better monitored.
