The flat is located in San Martino, this neighbourhood is known for its quiet and residential atmosphere.
It is well served by public infrastructure such as schools, shops and supermarkets. There is also a good number of bars and restaurants. Moreover, its proximity to the Sanremo railway station makes it easily accessible for those travelling by train.

The semi-independent flat in the villa, located on the upper floor and accessible only by stairs, offers a range of comforts and features that make it an ideal place to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a large yard with two reserved parking spaces. Also outside, there is a small garden with a dehor.
The flat, which is partially domotised, has one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. In addition to the private bathroom, the flat has two other bathrooms, equipped with every comfort.
A small laundry room with washer-dryer, hoover, ironing board and drying rack is at guests' disposal. The open-plan kitchen, complete with dining table, sofa bed and TV, offers a cosy space for cooking and spending pleasant moments with friends. In addition, both from the kitchen and the double bedroom located to the right of the entrance, you can access the private balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool, which, we remind you, is NOT available to guests.
