Located in Vence, just a ten-minute walk from the historic centre, Villa Marie is a bright and spacious home, ideal for family holidays or stays with friends at any time of year. It blends Provençal charm with modern comfort and offers open views over the town and surrounding valley, creating a peaceful and inspiring setting in every season.

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with generous living spaces that open naturally onto the outdoors. Two large terraces become true living areas: morning coffee in the light, lunch in the shade, or an evening drink as the sun sets over Vence.

In summer, life flows easily between the pool, the wooded garden and the terraces — swimming, outdoor meals, quiet moments in the shade.

Outside peak season, the house reveals a different atmosphere: soft winter light, deep calm, mild temperatures, walks through medieval streets, hikes in the hills, slower stays ideal for rest, remote work or simply enjoying the region without the crowds.

The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen make the house just as comfortable for a cosy winter stay as for a summer holiday. This is a home designed to be lived in, not just stayed in.

Whether you are looking for a sunny escape, a cultural break, a peaceful base to explore the hinterland or a place to slow down, Villa Marie is a welcoming and well-balanced retreat on the Côte d’Azur — all year round.
