Welcome to Barefoot Beach Resort F106, a charming 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom condo perfectly located just across the street from beach access—only about 475 feet away, making it an easy 2-3 minute walk to the sand.
This bright and open first-floor unit features a comfortable living space with a cozy couch, sitting chair, and large smart TV, along with a dedicated desk area for remote work. The open living and dining area includes a table set for four and a convenient coffee station offering both pod and drip options. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, including dishes, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals or beach snacks.
Just off the living room is a bonus sleeping area with a queen bed and access to the back patio; please note this space does not have a door and is part of the common area. The main bedroom also features a queen bed and smart TV, while the nicely updated bathroom offers a spacious shower. Step through the back door to enjoy a small outdoor patio with table and chairs and take advantage of the gas grills located throughout the grounds for outdoor dining.

Please note that there are no elevators on the property, and stairs are required for upper-level access.

This was a great condo, perfect for my family of 3. It is bright, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. The location was great, and is walking distance to two bakeries to get delicious breakfasts. I was a little worried about having to cross the busy road to get to the beach but it wasn’t a problem. Kerri was a very responsive host. We’d gladly stay there again!

The condo was very well set up with full kitchen and big bathroom. Very nice beachy decor and very clean. I did not cook, don't know how stove was, but plenty of pans and plates.
The location was close to a street crossing to a nice section of Indian Rocks where not too many people set up each day. Saw a dolphin. Best was the flour soft, cool sand here. 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key park if you wanted to be with loads of people. I don’t, so loved this area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Liked the private patio out back and the complex’s pool alot!
I liked the comfy beds too.
