The home was decently clean but the exterior has definitely been neglected with spider webs on several exterior surfaces including chairs. The hot tub was functional (after I figured out how to download the app because I couldn't get the buttons to work). It was also fairly cheap, being partially deflated on arrival. The host was quick to respond to this issue but it again deflated somewhat by the end of the stay and had water spilling out because of this the day before departure. Investment should probably be made into a sturdier alternative. The neighborhood, was also somewhat sketchy with the home next door being broken into at some point during our stay and the smell of weed from multiple neighbors perfuming my kids' hot tub excursions essentially everyday.
