Light-coloured wooden surfaces, large windows and an open-plan design create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living area with cosy seating invites you to relax, while the kitchen and dining area are harmoniously integrated and offer space for communal meals. The light floods in generously and creates a pleasant connection between indoors and outdoors.

The spacious terrace is a real highlight: plenty of space for sunbathing, eating and lingering. Enjoy the view of the greenery, quiet moments in nature or cosy evenings in the fresh air. The large plot also offers space for play and relaxation.
