Experience a place where peace, comfort, and a maritime atmosphere come together. Our stylishly furnished penthouse apartment in Lauterbach Harbor is the perfect retreat to relax and recharge.

Bright rooms, elegant wood accents, and tasteful details create an immediate sense of home. In the upstairs living area (accessible by stairs), a large panoramic window offers a side harbor view. Another balcony connects the kitchen and bedroom, inviting you to enjoy the fresh air, just like the rooftop terrace upstairs. Sun loungers and a beach chair are provided for you on the terrace.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need for delicious meals. The bathroom features a window and a spacious rain shower—perfect for starting your day.

For your comfort: elevator to the apartment, free parking directly at the house, Wi-Fi, private washing machine, as well as a linen package and a starter set prepared for you.
