We were so pleased with this unit and I can't imagine a better view or experience than we had. The view and the lanai were wonderful, the unit was well appointed (honestly more well appointed than even made sense with so many nice things to use), was extremely clean and comfortable. Coming from Texas, we were concerned about no AC but even in July I want to note that we were always comfortable and didn't even notice it. The ocean breeze and the screens created plenty of cool air flow. 10/10 would stay again. Wonderful and communicative management company also.

Beautiful unit. Views are unparalleled. Clean. The kitchen could use a couple touches like cooking oil and spices, but no big deal given the beauty of it all. Parking convenient and easy, amazing grounds and the one minute walk to the sunset over Bali Hai is ridiculous.

I've vacationed in Princeville countless times over the past 42 years and I remember when air conditioning wasn't necessary there -- but unfortunately that's no longer the case. The lack of air conditioning in this otherwise lovely property was a major negative. And since that with the heat we had to rely on the ceiling fans for some relief, we weren't happy to discover how dirty they were and had to use significant effort to get up there to them to give them the serious cleaning they obviously hadn't received in some time . Our other serious discomfort was that with the sun rising at @5:30am during our stay and with the bedrooms located on the sunrise side of the unit, the shades were completely useless for blocking out the early sun. Such a minor thing to have properly sun (and heat) blocking shades that would've made our stay so much more comfortable with not being able to sleep after 5:30am while on vacation! Otherwise the property was very nice --but those two serious creature comfort deficits put a major ding in our being able to properly enjoy this property, especially at the premium price we paid.
