We had a great time staying here. It's got two separate houses with standalone kitchens, bedrooms, etc., so it's great for either a single family/group that wants to spread out,multiple families to enjoy together while still having space and privacy. The houses are well-appointed, with excellent kitchen space, ample room to sit and lounge, and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms that include outdoor showers. The outdoor space is also exceptional - a gorgeous infinity pool with tons of pool chairs and other spots to perch, a sport court for pickleball and basketball, an outdoor grill/cooking area, and a dock for direct access to a network of canals for paddleboardingkayaking. See the turtles close-up! The neighborhood is quiet for serene evenings and a good night's sleep, and just a short drive from excellent restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and beaches. The property management company is also friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from probably the best vacation we have ever taken as a family, having stayed in three different TKCA villas. The villas are outstanding, each unique in style and design with impressive luxury touches (private pickle ball court, infinity pools and hot tubs, state of the art indoor and outdoor showers, and private beach access, to name a few!). For our vacation with our young children, the properties gave us all the privacy, security and space we needed, as well as all the comforts of home.   We were even more impressed with the exceptional levels of service and attention to detail shown by the team. No request was too much. The villas were absolutely spotless. The teams, including housekeeping and security, were discreet and highly professional. The team even arranged a professional swimming teacher for our children while we enjoyed some in-villa massage treatments. We are a family with 2 teenage girls, they brought a friend each. The villas had everything you needed….pickleball, paddle boards, kayaks, beach towels bikes! The girls LOVED the pool, my husband and I walkedrode to the yacht club very morning for a coffee! We will never go back to Hawaii, T&C all the way!
