The home includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen connected to a living area with dining space and seating. A utility room provides washing facilities, freezer and extra refrigerator. The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users. Underfloor heating is installed throughout, and the house is heated using geothermal energy.



The surrounding area offers varied nature and coastal landscapes. Located near Horne Sommerland, only 9 km from Faaborg, the area combines quiet surroundings with easy access to a town with shops, culture and restaurants. The South Funen region is known for its rolling terrain, including Svanninge Hills, and the nearby archipelago offers opportunities for day trips to islands such as Lyø, Avernakø and Ærø. Ferries depart daily from Faaborg, and attractions like Egeskov Castle and the city of Odense are within driving distance.
