Type of building: End-of-terrace house.
Casa Corallina is located in Porto Corallo, a few minutes' walk from the beach (about 300 metres) and surrounded by a still authentic natural setting. The accommodation offers a quiet and reserved atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in Sardinia. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the sea that pleasantly accompanies outdoor moments, from waking up to sunset. The location, while guaranteeing peace and quiet, requires the use of a car to move easily to the main services and nearby resorts. The flat consists of a cosy and bright double bedroom, furnished in a simple but functional way, designed to guarantee comfort during your stay. There is also a living room with a sofa bed, suitable for a child or an extra adult. The space is cosy but well organised, ideal for couples or small families who wish to have everything at hand. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals on your own, allowing you to alternate the convenience of dining at home with the possibility of discovering restaurants and local specialities in the area. The panoramic terrace is undoubtedly the heart of the house: an open space where one can relax, have lunch or simply admire the view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.Amenities include a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a reserved parking space. These elements make the accommodation practical and also suitable for longer stays. The presence of air conditioning is particularly appreciated during the summer months, when temperatures can become high.It is important to note that the flat is located in a slightly hilly area, with stairs and differences in height that may not be comfortable for those with mobility difficulties. In addition, while the location offers peace and a priceless view, it also requires one to travel by car to reach shops, supermarkets and services. These aspects, however, contribute to making the house an ideal place for those who wish to immerse themselves in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, in close contact with the sea and nature.
