Lovely cottage, lovely owners, and lovely location

This is a fantastic rustic cottage on a working farm. It can therefore smell a bit fresh at times. This was a very small price to pay. Lots of space inside and out. Watching the cows come and go from milking in the morning and evening sun was delightful.
The property is right on the Tissington trail which is perfect for walking, cycling and running and can take you all the way to Buxton. Dovedale is very near but was very busy near the main car park. Go all the way to the North end and the ice-cream at Mill Dale is worth the walk.
Great communications with the owner. A jug of fresh milk from the farm was a really nice surprise in our arrival.
Highly recommend.
