Other things to note
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ The community pool is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim from March thru early November.
Madison, Cody & the Ball BNB team will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! This was a wonderful property for our small family of seven…it does sleep 14 so we had an abundance of space. It was perfect to just walk a few steps to the beach several times a day and not have to pack the car and drive. The 11 and 14 year old grandchildren could walk back to house if they needed something! So convenient!! The kitchen had everything needed to cook elaborate meals; however, we ate simple for breakfast and lunch and then ate out one meal at a great restaurant! The guys went on a guided fishing trip and one restaurant prepared their fish..some fried, some grilled and some blackened! From the upper balcony and lower porch, we could see the beach and water. Being on the second row of houses, I didn’t know if we could! We were also near shopping, restaurants and, of course, Walmart for getting food for breakfast and lunches and anything else we needed. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella on the property which was very nice! I will mention that once when I was preheating the oven and used the microwave, a breaker was thrown and when we contacted, they immediately helped us find breaker box was everything was restored so communication was good! Overall, this property was perfect for our family!
