Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Location was great, home and view were breathtaking, lots of shops nearby and close to everything, host was friendly, reliable and responsible to address issues quickly. While rooms and living areas were clean there were dead bugs everywhere, bottom lower level room leading to the back of the house was dusty with more dead bugs, back door was hard to open and wouldn’t close (which was quickly addressed), pots looked old, odd worms appeared on dinner table, kitchen and sinks, shower curtains had stains, pots looked old and some areas looked like it had mold but no smell.Overall the stay was pleasant with unforgettable views, just a bit weirded out with the cleanliness of the place. I gave it 4 stars since it was a perfect location, close to everything, beach front views, and peaceful place overall.
