Welcome to Honey Acres, a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom detached guest house (~720 sq ft) located above a garage with its own entrance.
Important: This is a guest house located on a shared property. The main home is also on-site, but your space is fully separate with dedicated parking and access.
Guests enjoy the balance of quiet country surroundings, local wildlife including deer, birds, and turkeys, and quick access to town, restaurants, and events.
Sleeping Arrangements:
-King bed
-Twin bed
-Twin-over-full bunk bed
-Pack and play available
Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Location:
-2 minutes to Downtown and Old Town Auburn
-10 minutes to Auburn State Recreation Area and Confluence
-10 minutes to the American River
-45 minutes to Sacramento Airport
-Approximately 1 hour to Truckee and Sierra ski resorts
Equestrian-Friendly Stay (Tevis Cup and Events):
-We welcome Tevis Cup riders, crews, and horse travelers. Our property is conveniently located near Auburn and Tevis Cup access points.
Available upon request for an additional fee:
-Trailer parking (up to approximately 30 feet)
-Access to a secluded pasture for grazing
-Please message in advance to confirm availability, setup, and pricing.

Bathroom: Spacious full bathroom with tub and shower combination.
Living Area: Comfortable living room with couch and Samsung Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, Keurig + Full Size Cofee Maker available, and essentials. Premium spring water provided.

-Peaceful setting with natural surroundings
-Views of grazing goats and sunset skies from the front deck
-Frequent wildlife includes deer, turkeys, hawks, and hummingbirds
-Hosts live on-site in the main home

The property is in a rustic location, which is fun. But the property lacks privacy and the view isn’t great.
