Charging ports or stations are available in each bedroom as well as extra blankets or floor fans to make your stay perfectly comfortable.

Please note that the basement level and garage are not included in the rental. The basement is a separate, fully private unit occupied by quiet long-term tenants. It has its own completely separate entrance, and there is no shared interior access between the units.

Parking is arranged as follows: guests have access to four designated stacked parking spaces. In addition, the parking spot located under the basketball hoop is reserved for the basement tenants.
