The house was a block from beach, very clean, well stocked in regard to dishes/plates/utencils. Our boys loved the pool even though not the most private - which wasn’t a biggie, Neighbors were very nice. We flew in so didn’t have all the beach stuff with us. The host did supply great chairs/towels, but having access to floats for pool, beach toys, beach umbrella would have been great. Not a huge “living room” we had a group of 5 and couldn’t watch a movie all together. The Robinson preserve was a neat area to visit and good exercise. “All you can eat Pancakes” spot close by is great, good pancakes and nice sitting on the beach. Overall, a great location to the beach, very clean and safe area.

House was newly renovated. We were first tenants to stay after renovations. House was a great location for walking to the beach. Very clean property and the owner was an amazing guy! Brought us a wagon, beach tent, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Had a wonderful week at this home. Large clean kitchen, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Pool was clean and larger than expected. Only issue was that the pool handle on the stairs was gone and broken off. Only covered by a pvc pipe that stuck out of the water and was a major hazard for our 2 small kids as they could have easily gotten very hurt. Not having a handle was also challenging for my older parents who stayed with us as it was hard to get in and out of the pool. I wish this would have been communicated prior to our stay as we may have chosen a diffrent property.

The property was very clean inside the home. Great location to beach & trolly. The pool had wonderful foliage and great privacy. However, the pool needed a vacuum of accumulated dirt with footprints at the bottom.It was skimmed with a net twice by pool service, but waste of money for owners.
Primary bedroom was a great size and fantastic bathroom. Two additional bedrooms were extremely small & lacked dressers or anywhere to place clothing or essentials. Closet had six hangers. Do not plan on decent chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. with this home. Rental service did supply 2 new chairs by Thursday of our stay.
