The Pad Penthouse is perfect for guests who want a more elevated experience than a typical condo or hotel stay. It’s a great fit for family vacations, group trips, wedding weekends, small birthday gatherings, girls’ trips, couples’ retreats, and other intimate celebrations.

We love hosting guests who want to enjoy the beauty and energy of the space while also respecting the peaceful condo community around it. This is a place for luxury stays, memorable moments, and relaxed gatherings — not late-night parties. Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors and follow all house guidelines during their stay.
