Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Such a nice, clean condo with a great view! We were a little concerned about being near the elevators and over the pool but were never disturbed by noise from other guests and loved the convenience of that location. So often near the beach rooms can be very humid and get a beachy smell but the AC worked fantastically and the condo was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. I loved sitting out on the porch to have breakfast (thus my pic).
