Recently built, in a very quiet area about 800 meters from the center of Garda and the lake, Villetta Sabri is located on the first floor and features a garden on three sides, with a private, independent entrance.

The covered patio, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, is perfect for spending time with friends and family. From the entrance, you have direct access to the living area, furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and

which converts into a comfortable double bed; a kitchen with a 4-burner induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Master bedroom with direct access to the garden.

Air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas; two sun loungers are available in the garden. Private covered parking space. A short path of just a few meters leads to the shared swimming pool, which has a pleasant irregular shape and blends harmoniously into the residential complex.

Garda, a town in the province of Verona, is one of the most picturesque spots on Lake Garda, situated at the foot of Rocca di Garda, the hill overlooking the town.

Garda boasts one of the most beautiful and well-equipped lakefront promenades on the lake.

In this age of large shopping malls, the weekly market with its classic open-air stalls remains very popular and much loved.

The market that brings the Garda lakeside to life every Friday attracts many foreign tourists who, in addition to clothing, buy local fruits and vegetables, fish from the lake, and local cheese.

Benches for resting, bars for aperitifs, ice cream shops, restaurants, and small squares with souvenir shops and unique shopping finds make Garda a very pleasant place to stay.

There’s also no shortage of places to have fun, enjoy a cold beer, or sip some fine Garda wine.



Villetta Sabri has a private covered parking space right in front of the apartment entrance.

Additional free parking spaces are available on site.

During the summer, the city of Garda offers a free shuttle service that takes you to the historic center in just a few minutes; however, the center of Garda is also easily accessible on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes.
